A 0.84 km long horizontal path with 750 mm gauge leads into the starting point of a 1.03 km long cableway with a gauge of 750 mm and 39.9 degrees incline, which goes up to Gaustatoppen. The transport on the horizontal path goes with an accumulator-motor, built by Levahn in 1965. The complex was built by the military to serve their interests, but has since 2004 been open to tourist traffic.Marvellous view all around the horizon.
