To improve Norwegian-American relations at the ground level by providing an umbrella organization facilitating networking and cultural exchanges to local organizations and groups focused on strengthening the ties between Americans and Norwegians.

The American Coordinating Council of Norway ("ACCN") has been putting on the biggest American Independence Day celebration outside of America for 33 years. There will be games and activities for children of all ages; horseback riding, baseball, football, as well as the annual watermelon eating contest. Our amazing vendors can also offer you a great variety of scrumptious American food! We hope to see you there!
