The exhibitions are based on the German attack on Narvik and Norway in 1940 and the subsequent five years of war and occupation. The exhibitions also have a section dealing with universal issues related to war, conflict and human rights. There are exhibited a number of historical objects from World War II. The museum uses designs, pictures, films and techniques to give a better experience of the exhibition. It is text-in-wall in Norwegian and English and in addition, translations to French, German, Polish and North Sami are available through an app (EurekApp) for smartphones or tablets (iOS and Android). The museum is open daily and we welcome everyone!
